4870-00378-101 On-site installation of a hardware or software upgrade for multiple Network System products that will be executed at the same time and at the same customer campus.  Price shown is per Network System product upgrade.  Polycom business hours only. $1,500 $1,485.00
     
DE-INSTALLATION & RE-INSTALLATION SERVICES    
     
4870-00378-200 De-installation of Network System product.  Polycom engineer will arrive on-site and de-install the designated Network System product and pack it using customer supplied packing materials.  Customer is responsible to ship the system to the new location. $2,500 $2,475.00
4870-00378-201 Re-installation of Network System product.  Polycom engineer will arrive on-site, unpack the Network System product, and re-install it using the new IP address and the original system configuration.  Requires two week lead time. $2,500 $2,475.00
